About Brendan Chavez

Working on homes since 2003, Brendan specializes in fire, water, and mold remediation, with a certification in asbestos inspection. After years of doing work in remediation, providing estimates for repairs and services, he began his own business in 2024.
He realized there needed to be more home inspectors that needed to cater to the home owner, and not real estate agents and sellers. Using his years of experience dealing with fire, water, mold and asbestos in homes, he has decided to put them to good use in preparing home owners to be aware of what various issues their biggest investment may have waiting for them.
Touted for his thoroughness, and his ability to get the job done, or find someone who can, Brendan is the best man for the job when it comes time to have someone inspect your home like it was their own.
Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet and upholstery cleaning, Mold remediation technician and Mold remediation contractor, Asbestos abatement supervisor, Asbestos Inspector, Lead Safe renovator, Licensed NYS Home Inspector.
